The REXON TYA-20 Lubricating Oil Purifier provides an efficient solution for restoring contaminated oil and extending its service life. With a processing capacity of 1200 L/H, it is widely used for purification of various industrial oils, including hydraulic oil, compressor oil, turbine oil, coolant oil, and other lubricants.
By combining vacuum dehydration, thermostatic heating, multi-stage filtration, and intelligent PLC control technology, the TYA-20 effectively removes water and impurities from used oil. After purification, oil cleanliness can reach NAS 5~6 grade, with water content reduced to below 100 ppm and filtration accuracy down to 1~5 microns, allowing used oil to be reused close to new oil standards.
A key advantage of the REXON TYA-20 is its specially selected 2X series double-stage rotary vane vacuum pump, designed for high moisture content oil applications. Compared with ordinary vacuum systems, it provides stronger moisture resistance, stable vacuum performance, and more efficient dehydration capability, ensuring reliable operation under demanding industrial conditions.
